Fixes for pptaunu DEC files

This has some fixes for the bkg DEC files for the B->pptaunu analysis. For some files a proton was missing a carat and in the B->ppDX files the Loki_TightCuts had been neglected.

I propose keeping the same event numbers.

There is also a new DEC file for B->ppDmunu that copies an existing file but with adjusted GEN-level cuts.
