Added some DecFiles for DblDlz generation

Decays are B0 -> D0 K+ pi- with D0 -> KS pi+pi+. Uses flat square Dalitz for the B decay and either PHSP or model for D decay. Committing with no gen level cuts here (apart from DaughtersInLHCb). After some investigation will commit some files with gen level cuts.
