Update Bc -> Ks K file to pass descriptor check, add new Bc -> Ks pi decay

Wrote a new Bc -> Ks pi+ decay file. Cosmetic update to the corresponding Bc -> Ks K+ decay file to be visually consistent with the new Ks pi+ and pass the decay descriptor check.
