Add three new Omegab decfiles

Decfiles for

  • Omegab -> Omega mumu: 16115139
  • Omegab -> Jpsi Omega: 16145935
  • Omegab -> psi2S Omega: 16145937

Tight cuts similar to the Xib- case (16115135, 16145135, 16145137).

Some comments:

  • Xib- is used instead of the Omegab in generation, both to speed up the generation and to overcome the bug in ParticleTable;
  • Two latter decfiels should normally have event types 1614513X, but there is only one unused number, 16145138. The others are either used or obsolete. Therefore, the neutrals flag is changed to 9.
