Added TightCuts in Lc_Lambdapipipi,Xic_LambdaKpipi

The generator-level cuts have an acceptance of around 19% with respect to the previous DecProdCut DecFiles. Used kinematic variables compatible with stripping and Lambda end vertex < 2.4m.
