2 dkfiles for Xi_cc++ decay mode

Add 2 dkfiles for Xicc mode [Xi_cc++ -> (Xi'_c+ -> (Xi_c+ -> p+ K- pi+) gamma) pi+ ]cc :26164260 [Xi_cc++ -> (Xi_c+ -> p K- pi+) rho+ ]cc :26164460 They used to trigger a bug: GenXicc production tool combined with selection flag 6 and extra flag 6 which has meaning of Xi_bc which triggers offending line in option file. But now the bug are fixed and the dkfiles passed the test.
