Revise the buggy DecFile

Vitalii Lisovskyi requested to merge vlisovsk_fixDSL into master

Fixed the missing ABS in the TightCut syntax, which effectively discarded B- decays and kept only B+ ones.

Cleaned up the syntax elsewhere.
