D+ and Ds+ to 3pi and KKpi TightCut3

Create decfiles for D+ and D+s to 3pi and K-K+pi+ with tighter cuts.

We tried to follow the event types which existed before for these decays, with TightCut2, but some of these have mistakes on the digits of the event type.

Please let us know if we should change these extra flags.

  • D+_K-K+pi+=res,TightCut3.dec:# EventType: 21103005 (similar to EventType 21263004, with tighter cuts)

  • D+_pi-pi+pi+=res,TightCut3.dec:# EventType: 21103023 (similar to Event type 21263022, with tighter cuts)

-->.The decfile: D+_etaprimepi,pipi=TightCut:21103021 uses this extra flag, but the decay seems different. Please check and use a unique extra flag.

  • Ds+_K-K+pi+=res,TightCut3.dec:# EventType: 23103024 (similar to Event type 21263022, with tighter cuts)

  • Ds+_pi-pi+pi+=res,TightCut3.dec:# EventType: 23103013 (similar to Event type | 23103012, with tighter cuts)

--> the parser runs ok.

Please, let us know if we should change the extra flags. Dear @kreps , is it possible to accept this merge request in time for the next release ?
