WIP: add chi_30 -> e mu nu, m_chi=7 GeV, tau_chi=50 ps

Added:

  • (chi_30 -> e mu nu) (chi_30 -> e mu nu) (49612000) decay file.

This DecFile uses the LbMadGraph package which corresponds to this MR. This request will be in WIP state until there is Gauss release with this package.
