add_DecFile_for_Prompt_Lc2pKKpi0

Add a decfile for Lambda_c+ \to p+ K- K+ pi0 decay. K+, K- can directly come from Lambda_c+, or from phi resonance. These files are tested locally, with DaVinci v41r2 and Gauss v49r8. The decay sequence and mass hypothesis are correct.
