Added D0/D0bar->K3pi decays

Added D0/D0bar -> K3pi versions of the decays:

B0 -> D0 D0bar K+ pi- B0 -> D0 D0bar Kstar B0 -> D0 Dstar K+ B_s -> D0 Dbar phi B+ -> D0 Dbar K+

Please note that while the decay descriptors fail the decparser, they have been tested in DaVinci and produce the desired outputs.
