fixing the LoKi GenChild cuts in 11 decfiles

New try ;) This MR is created to https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/LHCBGAUSS-2288. As discussed with @adavis and @kreps I've fixed the lines with the LoKi functor and these decfiles are to be released for Sim10.

The pipeline fails, but this time I don't understand why. @kreps could you help me?
