Change decay descriptors in TightCuts in B -> Xu mu nu to accept all pi+ pi- final states.
This fixes a bug which only selected some pipi final states, but not all of them (as shown here: https://indico.cern.ch/event/1076606/contributions/4527893/attachments/2309689/3930148/status_2021_final.pdf)
