Mengzhen/add decfile lb2 lc k kpi resonant decays

We plan to add two DecFiles for the study of the resonant structures in the Lb -> Lc KK pi decays. (a1->KK and K->Kpi)

Lb -> Lc+ a1- (PHSP), a1- -> K0 K-(VVS, S wave), K0 -> K+ pi-(VSS), Lc->pKpi (with resonant structures);

Lb -> Lc+ K0 K- (PHSP), K0 -> K+ pi- (VSS), Lc+ -> pKpi (with resonant structures)

These Decfiles have passed the test of "decparser.sh" script, and hve been tested locally, using Gauss v49r9, DaVinci v41r2. The log file of DaVinci shows the correct decay chains, for example:
