New decfiles for Bs2Jpsiphi to eemm and mmee final states

I've added new decfiles for B_s0 -> (J/psi -> mu+ mu-) (phi -> e+ e-) and B_s0 -> (J/psi -> e+ e-) (phi -> mu+ mu-). The idea is to use them to see if measuring R(Jpsiphi) = BF(eemm)/BF(mmee) as a way of testing for systematic biases at low q2 in the R(K) measurements is viable.
