adding new decfiles with TAUOLA 8 mode for RDs* hadronic analysis

Adding 3 new decfiles for RDs* hadronic analysis. In this new decfiles the tau decays according to the TAUOLA 8 mode i.e. tau- -> 2pi- pi+ pi0 nu_tau The added files are for Bs->DsTauNu, Bs->Ds*TauNu and Bs->Ds**TauNu decays

The EventType have been chosen in continuity with the already existing decfiles containing the tauola 5 mode (13563002,13763200 and 13863600) and following the instructions on the guide for the event type numbering convention. Even though I used that convention when running the decay file convention parser, I found some warnings due to the choose of the neutral flags.
