The file is extremely similar to the one with event type 13124028 (https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-datapkg/Gen/DecFiles/-/blob/v30r67/dkfiles/Bs_phiee,KK=PHSP,DecProdCut.dec) except that we ask for FLATQ2 instead of Phaspespace (PHSP).
