Removing the unsupported `monitor` command from TightCut

The KS lines in this MR turned out to crash in a recent production due to the monitor function in the TightCuts. I grep-ed through the directory and fixed all DecFiles with this command. Concerns @acasaisv @fdettori @mramospe

The ancient decay-in-flight B2hh samples from MarcO are actually designed to take ages. (those are now removed from this MR, as they will receive different treatment)
