Upload new decfile for Z and charm hadrons

First decfile for the Z+charm analysis I'm doing with @xhua https://indico.cern.ch/event/1106210/#5-associated-production-of-z-p There will be more defiles focussing on the Onia and Baryons later when we done with testing.
