New deciles for B(d,s) -> Jpsi Etap[GammaGamma]

The Bs decfile 13142213 is a modification of 13142212, removing too-tight cuts on the J/psi and muons.

We duplicate the Bs file to a Bd file 11142213.

Efficiencies:

• 13142213: 50/572 = 8.74(1.12)%

• 11142213: 48/598 = 8.03(1.11)%
