Add decfiles for Lb -> Lc h with Lc -> p h h.

Dear all, we have prepared four decfiles for

Lambda_b0 -> (Lambda_c+ -> p+ pi+ pi-) pi-
Lambda_b0 -> (Lambda_c+ -> p+ K+ K-) pi-
Lambda_b0 -> (Lambda_c+ -> p+ pi+ pi-) K-
Lambda_b0 -> (Lambda_c+ -> p+ K+ K-) K-

The decay model is PHSP and we require the daughters in LHCb acceptance. Since there exist event types of 15164001 and 15164031 for Lambda_b0 -> (Lambda_c+ -> p+ K- pi+) pi- and Lambda_b0 -> (Lambda_c+ -> p+ K- pi+) K-, we follow the code convention to assign 15164002, 03, 32, 33 to these four decfiles, respectively.
