Add B_s -> J/psi Phi upgrade files to the testfile db
As titled. Adding the files for this mode would be very useful for my studies into Hlt1 trigger efficiencies (see lhcb/Moore!271 (closed)) and hopefully useful for other people using the testfileDB.
