Test file for running upgrade muon alignment

Add an TestFileDB entry upgrade_alignment_Bs2JpsiPhi with a single Bs2jpsiphi .xdigi file for running muon alignment and qmtest

Note that this new sample is contained within upgrade_DC19_01_Bs2JPsiPhi_MD. However, if one tries to run the muon alignment on that directly, the job hangs (deadlocks in UpdateManagerSvc, to be investigated).
