fix dddb tag for Upgrade_BdKstgamma_XDIGI

There was an extra space at the end which resulted in an error:

ToolSvc.GitDDDB.sysInitialize         FATAL  Exception with tag=ToolSvc.GitDDDB is caught
ToolSvc.GitDDDB.sysInitialize         ERROR ToolSvc.GitDDDB 	 cannot resolve commit upgrade/dddb-20190223 : failed to parse revision specifier - Invalid pattern 'upgrade/dddb-20190223 '	 StatusCode=FAILURE
