SMOG2 files addition to DB for PR jobs running

Addition of the private SMOG2 files to the DB to facilitate the PR jobs scheduling:

  • SMOG2_pHe: stand-alone pHe collisions in the SMOG2 region (z in [-500, -300] mm). One fixed per-event interaction assumed.
  • SMOG2_pp_pHe: overlapped Run3 pp + one fixed per-event pHe collision in the SMOG2 cell. This is an overestimation of the gas presence, since realistic Run3 mu is ~0.2, but since this will depend on the gas species and injected pressure and is not determined yet, the assumption is easy to scale.
