maximum to the list of files to get from Dirac

Suzanne Klaver requested to merge sklaver_max_files_from_Dirac into master

The default maximum of the list of files to get from Dirac is now set to 500. The reason this is done is because the list of DIGI MinBias files was so long that the code crashed.
