New calo algs to timing fraction table

Added new calorimeter algorithms to "Calorimeter" part of timing fraction table such that they do not appear in "Other" catergory.

From lhcb/Rec!2661 (merged) and lhcb/Rec!2319 (merged)

Related to #3

Now adapted to lhcb/Moore!1279 (merged)
