Add simulation samples containing RetinaClusters to the TestFileDB

Added entries to the TestFileDB with simulation samples containing VPRetinaCluster RawBank.
This MR should be tested together with lhcb/Allen!655 (merged), lhcb/LHCb!3310 (merged), lhcb/Moore!1145 (merged), lhcb/MooreAnalysis!72 (merged) and RawEventFormat!1 (merged).
