Add a benchmark script to run Sprucing throughput test

Add a benchmark script Moore_spruce_all_lines.sh for Sprucing throughput test.

The setup of this test is the same as Moore_hlt2_pp_thor.

Several pending items:

• Add some WG selection and unpacker algorithms to readTimingTable
• Add Sprucing option and label in run_throughput_jobs
• Add the test in LHCbNightlyConf and update the ThroughputProfileHandler: will do this after this MR is in master

link to DPA WP1 task lhcb-dpa/project#25 and lhcb-dpa/project#90.

Requries lhcb/Moore!1630 (merged).
