Use calo packed decoding in throughput tests

Needed for lhcb/Moore!1703 (merged) The calo decoding is set by default to look for "Calo" raw banks in lhcb/Moore!1703 (merged) while the samples used in the throughput tests still have "{E/H}calPacked" banks. This MR adds the option to look for the "{E/H}calPacked" in these tests.
