Minor changes bandwidth testpage

1. Adds some information to description of the tests (in particular, which information you can find per line/stream)
2. Adds HTML table and link for line descriptives (previously CSV with same information was produced but not visible on webpage)
3. Fix bandwidth calculation for 16-stream config
