[RTADPA BW Tests] Fix incorrect 'all_results' on sprucing test_page

While introducing the hlt1 bw test, added process-specific test pages, but a mistake that went overlooked is that the sprucing page used the hlt2 version .

Fixed now.

Absorbed into !355 (merged) to reduce # of MRs.
