Following changes in LHCb!4259 and Moore!2796

Following changes in LHCb4259 and Moore2796 where SelectiveCombineRawBankViewsToRawEvent algorithm used for raw event size analysis and bandwidth measurement is renamed to "SelectiveCombineRawBanks_for_" + stream to follow the notation used in standard HLT/Sprucing settings.

@shunan @lugrazet @rjhunter This may have some effect on various throughput and bandwidth tests. When looking at which all places results from RawEventSize_analysis are accessed, I found only two files and modified. Is there some other code which has to be modified as well?
