Tweaks for hlt2_pp_2024 throughput tests

Updates throughput test scripts to work (better) with MooreOnline testbench. Also updates the algorithm grouping for the "flame bar" plot made from the timing table.

Goes with lhcb-core/LHCbNightlyConf!1212 (merged) and lhcb/MooreOnline!429 (merged)
