Remove unused Sprucing TestFileDB entries
Remove the following TestFileDB entries as they are superseded by expected_2024_min_bias_hlt2_full_stream_v2 and shouldn't be used anywhere:
upgrade-minbias-hlt2-persistreco-outputupgrade-minbias-hlt2-full-output-July2023upgrade-minbias-hlt2-full-output-Aug2023upgrade-minbias-hlt2-full-output-Dec2023
The following folders on /eos can also be removed:
