Fix incorrect simulation flag in RICH test samples

FYI @sponce The sample you recently added had simulation incorrectly set to True for some real data MDF samples.

To be kept draft whilst I continue adding new tests to lhcb/Rec!4146 (closed) based on PyConf (which is how I found this) just in case there are more problems to address.

Thanks for the fix @jonrob. Does this explain the failures (actually ref updates) we see in LHCb in the last nightlies (https://lhcb-nightlies.web.cern.ch/nightly/lhcb-master/2502/LHCb/x86_64_v2-el9-gcc13-opt/tests) ? I wonder how we could have missed that when running the ci-test I must say
