Draft: Add rolling Run3 test for Boole and optimize the 2024 Boole options files

After lhcb/Boole!663 (merged), now we have two options for Boole, one is for fixed 2024 geometry ('Boole-2024.py'), one is for rolling run3 test with the latest geometry/conditions in matser/sim10-ideal, Boole-Run3.py.

Then similarly to what we have in Gauss, we also want to have those two tests both at the LHCbPR, then we can see the changes in the distribution we have in LHCbPR.
