Adding correct MVA look up table 'Hlt2InclXicpToPpKmPi_BDT_v2.txt' containing bug fix

The order of the last four variables were not correct in the MVA look-up table in

  • Hlt2InclXicpToPpKmPi_BDT_v1.txt

This merge request ask for the correct look up table (Hlt2InclXicpToPpKmPi_BDT_v2.txt) to be merged into the ParamFiles package and the lhcb/hlt merge request !579 asks for this v2 table to replace the incorrect v1 table in the hlt software.
