Adding BDT for inclusive radiative HLT2 upgrade

Adding BDT xml configuration files for the inclusive radiative HLT2 lines for the upgrade: HHgamma HHgammaEE HHHgamma HHHgammaEE

This might change in the future to BBDT. It is to have a proper Moore configuration from now on.

I'm also keeping the old BBDT files for runs I & II for now
