Bugfix to the IncOmegacToPpKmKmPi BDT

The order of the last two variables was not correct in the look-up table of

  • Hlt2IncOmegacToPpKmKmPi_BDT_v1.txt

This merge request fixes this bug. With the fixed look-up table, the rate test result shows that a preferred BDT working point is 0.25 (corresponding to cut value of 1.25), which is described in the lhcb/hlt merge request !571.
