Adaptation for Gauss v60 (Sim11)

For scoping document studies we will be using Gauss v60 series, which has modified configurable. Need to handle 3 differences:

  • Setting first event number and run number for a given job.
  • Setup number of threads when running multithreading.
  • Setup DD4Hep (YAML) conditions database tag/branch

@cburr, @fstagni, how Dirac will tell ProdConf on how many threads we can run given job and how conditions database tag should be handled. I can implement things here in ProdConf, but I need to know which variables/properties to use.
