Draft: Setting of geometry/conditions version/tag for dd4hep and detdesc geometry in Gauss Sim11
Gauss v60 and above allow to use both DD4hep and DetDesc geometry within same build and choose at runtime which one we do. From Gauss v60r1 Gauss sets appropriate access internally so in ProdConf we should not propagate DDDBTag and CondDBTag as for DD4hep productions these will be used in production request to set geometry and condition versions.
