Filtering options for Lb2LcLcn dst filter

Hi, Here are some filtering options files for mc filtering through Lb2LcLcnLc2PKPiBeauty2CharmLine for years 2016/17/18 with full dst output. Stripping versions indicated in title of file. The options files are heavily taken from the example template given and have been tested locally by myself with lines for local testing commented out here. Let me know if there are any questions/issues with this merge request. Thanks.
