Update RareCharm4body_S28.py (many changes)
Many changes:
- added Yandex PID variables
- adapted all to TupleSelection
- added momentum scaling
- added invariant mass of daugther's combinations
- added DTF also with D0 mass constraints
- added Hlt2CharmHadInclDst2PiD02HHXBDTDecision
- added KEYs to match offline the branch definitions and childs index in DTF_FUN
- added COSPOL and SINCHI/COSCHI functors
- few minor changes for consistency
