Xicp2PpKmPipTurbo HLT2 Trigger MC Filter for 2016 MC

Trigger filter options file for the HLT2CharmHadXicp2PpKmPipTurbo line.

Created for a Filtered Charm MC WG production (request not made yet) for the EventTypes merged in lhcb-datapkg/Gen/DecFiles!596 (merged) . These DecFiles are in the v30r52 release at https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-datapkg/Gen/DecFiles/-/releases/v30r52

N.B. Output filename is XicpToPpKmPip.HLTFILTER.MDST

Estimates of the retention rate for each generated event type after filtering are in the table below.
