Fix caloProtoReprocessLocs issue

Last time I failed to add the "caloProtoReprocessLocs" lines suggested on the Filtered Simulation Productions page. This has caused issues for the following filtered MC files:

/MC/2016/27675001/Beam6500GeV-2016-MagDown-Nu1.6-25ns-Pythia8/Sim09k/Trig0x6139160F/Reco16/Turbo01aEM/Stripping28r2Filtered/D2KPIPIMUNUSTREAM.STRIP.DST
/MC/2016/27675001/Beam6500GeV-2016-MagUp-Nu1.6-25ns-Pythia8/Sim09k/Trig0x6139160F/Reco16/Turbo01aEM/Stripping28r2Filtered/D2KPIPIMUNUSTREAM.STRIP.DST

These lines have now been added. Please included this updated file in the next package release.
