D0->HHMuMu reproduction

Reproduction of Run2 MC and DATA for D0->HHMuMu. After this production the old ntuples in bookeeping can be deleted to free memory, except DATA 2017 which contains different stripping selections.

IDs that can be deleted:
52571, 52572, ..., 52582
52154, 52155, ..., 52159
