Add option file with PV mixer for Prompt sample

Hilbrand Steffen Kuindersma requested to merge hkuinder-bstojpsiphi-pvmixer into master

  1. We added option file for prompt w/ PV mixer

  2. We had to modify CI configuration to make sure CI can run the Castelao package.
