B2XMuMu Filter clean-up and update for 2018. In addition: new 2018 filters for all existing 2017 filters in RDconfig

I removed some obsolete old files of B2XMuMu filters. I added B2XMuMu filters for incremental stripping version S24r1, S24r1p1, S28r1p1 and S34.

Despite this, in a second commit I copied all existing 2017 filters of other Decays/Stripping lines to S34 filters for 2018 MC. I guess, these are useful for other analyses.
