Filtering scripts for Radiative b-baryon decays

Luis Miguel Garcia Martin requested to merge lgarciam-RadBaryonFilt into master

MCFilter for Lb2L0Gamma, Xib2XiGamma and Ob2OGamma. Effectively, this filter ensures the reconstructibility of the decay chain. It is worthnoting that the Ob2OGamma is generated as Xib- -> O Gamma and, thus, this has to be taken into account for the truth-matching.
